Product Release Notes #60

Sprint 60 will see general bug fixes and improvements to both the admin and client portals, as well as the introduction of a new investment type, Convertible Loan Notes.

These updates have been carried out and implemented on release sprint #60 as of September 16th.

New Investment Type: Convertible Loan Note

When creating an opportunity, you now have the option to choose and distribute a Convertible Loan Note to your investors. The Convertible Loan Note option allows you to define the terms, which include the interest rate, whether it is paid in stock or cash, whether it is forced conversion or voluntary and finally whether it is secured or unsecured.

This option is now live and available from the investment type dropdown on the admin portal.
